Refund
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued.
Will I receive a full refund?
Yes, we refund the full product cost. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Delivery
“How long will it take to receive my order?”
As a new and growing brand, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, produced, and delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Please note the following:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.
- For remote U.S. locations (such as Alaska or Hawaii), additional time may be required.
- In the event of any production or shipping delays, we will notify you directly and offer options, including a full refund if required.

“How can I track the status of my order?”
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its delivery progress. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation after the estimated processing time, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Shipping & Returns
Is express or expedited shipping available?
At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping, as each order is carefully processed and fulfilled on a made-to-order basis. Our current delivery timeline is approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
We kindly recommend placing your order well in advance of any upcoming travel or special events to ensure it arrives in time for when you plan to wear it.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $200. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below that amount.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns of used, washed, or altered items.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
