Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued.

Yes, we refund the full product cost. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Delivery

As a new and growing brand, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, produced, and delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

  • For remote U.S. locations (such as Alaska or Hawaii), additional time may be required.

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $200. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below that amount.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns of used, washed, or altered items.
