Refund Policy

At RAN, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@randesgn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

To start a return:

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  4. Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
